Privacy notice
Adtender is a product of Life Vitamin Co. LLC ("we"). This notice explains what information Adtender collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you request access or sign in.
- Amazon Ads data: when you connect your Amazon Ads account through Login with Amazon, we access the campaigns, settings, reports and performance data that your authorization allows.
- Product cost data: margins or costs you choose to give us so recommendations can be based on profit.
- Usage data: basic logs of how the service is used, kept to run and secure it.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide Adtender to you: to analyze your advertising, propose and, with your permission, make changes to your Amazon Ads account, and keep a record of those changes. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one customer's Amazon Ads data to serve another customer.
Amazon Ads data
Access to your Amazon Ads account is granted by you through Login with Amazon and can be revoked by you at any time from your Amazon account settings or by contacting us. We handle Amazon data in line with the Amazon Ads API License Agreement and Data Protection Policy. Access tokens are encrypted and kept separate for each customer.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host and run Adtender for us (such as our cloud infrastructure provider), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect or close your account, we delete your Amazon Ads data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
